Consider treating staff as colleagues not commodities.
Pros:
PRKL churns out business documents and estate planning packages...
Cons:
Poor culture; very hierarchical company.
Managers hired a very inexperienced firm administrator. No follow-through on staff requests.
PRKL salary is below average; poor work flow and balance overall.
Partners to Avoid and Why:
Greg R. is nice, but way out of touch.
P. M. and W.A. have a thing that goes way back.

Downhill before and after the merger.
