Pros:
Exciting, cutting edge technology. Beautiful facilities. High security. Great location with easy access to public transportation. Quiet, focused, somewhat driven atmosphere, good for getting things done. Nice people. Responsive IT department.

Cons:
If anything, and this is minor, there was a sense that everyone should stay quietly in their own office (this could be a pro or a con, depending on work style), and not interact very much.
