Law Students The summer associate will gain hands-on experience and real-life insight into the workings of an established, multi-practice firm. Summer associate are exposed to a wide variety of “real work” opportunities. Duties include researching and analyzing complex issues; drafting letters, agreements, or briefs; assisting attorneys in preparation for depositions, hearings, and trials; and attending legal proceedings with Officers and Associates.

Law Clerk Summer Associate The candidate will carry out wide ranging assignments from drafting legal research memos and motions for summary judgment to attending arbitrations and trials. Will work on a year round basis, rather than the traditional 'summer associate' positions available at other firms. Work part time during the school year and full time during the summer months.
Summer Associate Program Firm hire both first year and second year law students. This program involves three rotations during a 12-week period each summer, which provides the opportunity to gain exposure to several practice areas. Will be attending a court hearing, a trial, a deposition, the closing of a transaction and client meetings, in addition to legal research and writing projects.
Summer Associate The candaidate will work on projects from a variety of practice areas to gain diverse experience. Conducting research on applicable case law, initial document drafting, and observing depositions, trials, closings and client meetings. Conduct regular meetings to discuss available projects and provide guidance, and to act as mentors throughout the program.
Summer Clerk The candidate will have a wide exposure to many different types of legal problems. Will attend business meetings, hearings, depositions, and visit off-site locations that may be pertinent to a particular case. Should have first-hand experience in the legal profession.
Summer Clerkship The clerk will participate in cases and transactions similar to the “real life” that our junior associates experience on a daily basis. Summer Associate The candidate will work on actual matters for real clients. In addition to research and writing opportunities, as part of work assignments, summer associates are frequently given the opportunity to attend client meetings, court appearances, regulatory hearings, transactional closings, and legislative proceedings.
